I wish we could tell the whole world about Sammy’s amazing photography and talent.

From the moment we started looking for a photographer for our wedding, nothing felt 100% right until we started chatting with Sammy.
She was warm, kind and excited with us from the first conversation. We took one look at her portfolio and my partner and I both looked at each other and just went “yep”.
We are in absolute awe of the outcome — we already had high expectations but wow the images she captured, they weren’t just photos — they’re memories.

Thank you so much Sammy. If we could tell every single person in the world planning on getting married about you, we would do it.
Having you there on the day made us feel comfortable, confident and at ease - there wasn’t a single moment where we felt stressed about if a special moment was to be captured because.. Sammy was already front of line getting it all.

I thought I had made my decision on who I wanted to photograph our wedding. But then I came across Sammy on my hairdressers Instagram page having photographed a couple of weddings they did the hair on and I changed my mind completely and man oh man am I glad that I did.

Josh didn’t quite understand why I had taken such a huge amount of time deliberating and deciding on choosing our photographer (and all the vendors) - a photographer was just a photographer to him - until the day of our wedding. Sammy was more than just a photographer on the day, the level of guidance, expert advice and support she offered was next level. Sammy brought the vibes and was more excited about every level of detail for the day than even I was from my dress, to the flowers to our marquee set up, she made me feel like I had nailed everything and that every decision I had agonised over was appreciated and that level of energy was contagious. She was like a friend you had known forever and it’s hard to find people like that.

The way that she captured our day and the property that I had grown up on was amazing. Corners of the garden that we would never have thought about taking photos in she brought to life and the way in which she worked with and bounced ideas off our videographer Linc (In The Vines) had people convinced they were a team that worked together every week. They worked in perfect harmony for the entire day.

We were lucky enough to book Sammy for our wedding and could not be more grateful for her incredible work and her support on the day, as well as in the months leading up.

When we first came across Sammy’s Instagram page we instantly fell in love with her beautiful style of photography, and from the moment we jumped on a call, we knew she was our girl. Throughout the entire process, Sammy’s communication was incredible, and she really helped us to plan our day to perfection and ensure that everything ran without a single hiccup.

On the day, Sammy made us both feel so comfortable and went so far beyond the role of photographer – even helping to wrangle unruly groomsmen (lol), spot potential issues before they happened, and worked so incredibly well with all of our other vendors (particularly Director’s Edge videography – our dream team!). Sammy makes you feel warm, welcome and like you’ve got a best friend with you the whole day.
