Based in Melbourne, Victoria, I’m incredibly lucky to call this beautiful city home. But I’ve always had a love of travel, so Melbourne is really just my starting point. Give me a plane ticket, a beautiful location and a couple up who brings great vibes and I’m happy.

I genuinely love what I do. I love people, I love weddings, I love the little in-between moments and I love being there when everything comes together. My approach is relaxed, caring and unobtrusive, with just enough direction when you need it and plenty of space to simply be yourselves.

When you hire Samantha Elizabeth Photography, you’re getting more than someone who turns up with a camera. I have an Honours Degree in Photography, earned after four years of study at La Trobe University, and over ten years of full-time experience in this wonderful and rewarding industry.

I want you to have photographs that take you straight back to how the day actually felt. Photographs that are beautiful without feeling overly staged, that feel natural, and that you’ll still love looking at years from now. And while I’ll absolutely encourage you to make the most of the beautiful locations, light and opportunities your day gives us, I’m never going to turn your wedding into an long photoshoot. Your wedding is a celebration first. I want you to be present, soak it all in, spend time with your people and actually enjoy yourselves, while I quietly make sure the story of it all is being captured.
